Compensation is structured to reward equity holders and operators on the same side. There is no “trader vs. firm” PnL.

Every hire is expected to operate independently within their book and to mentor the next hire above them. We do not optimise for headcount.

One desk, Asia-led coverage

The desk runs from one jurisdiction. Coverage extends into European and U.S. sessions through standing arrangements; we do not maintain branch offices.
